Sweet potatoes ala Greek, a delicious way to stuff potatoes with all the Greek elements, like Feta cheese, Greek yogurt, dill and to create something so delicious!

Sweet potatoes are a gift from God with all the nutrients, they are little bullets of happiness, health, and so much more!

Please try to have them on a regular basis, they are so good for you!

Sweet potato Ala Greek-Litsa!

So many ways to stuff sweet potatoes, and here is mine! 

You will need,

2 sweet potatoes

2 tbsp butter

1 cup Feta chunks more if you like 

1 cup Greek yogurt

3 sprigs of dill finely chopped

2 fresh green onions finely chopped

Bacon cooked and cut into little pieces as much as you like

Here is what to do!

Wash the potatoes and dry them well

Pock them with a fork all over

Microwave them for 7 minutes on high

Let them cool and cut them lengthwise but not all the way through!

With a fork loosen the potato and add the butter and a little salt and pepper

Continue with the Feta, yogurt dill and onion and last add the bacon

Be generous, if your potatoes are very big you might need more cheese

Your sweet potatoes ala Greek are ready to compliment your protein, fish, meat, poultry or if you are a vegetarian they are a complete meal!

If you haven’t started using dill in your cooking, please start, it’s so delicious, you will love it for sure!

Amazing taste! Shrimp is easy to cook and always appreciated by many!

Great for Bruschetta or a salad topping also for a nice wrap and tacos, or just like that because you like seafood!

A good white wine like a chardonnay will go very well with this appetizer. Divine shrimp so many ways to enjoy it!

Many people get them because they are so cute clustered together like a giant grape and they know how good and healthy they are, they will try to enjoy them and they will fail, because Brussels sprouts are temperamental and you have to know how to deal with them!

Here is the way I make them and paradoxically are liked, even the pickiest eaters want more!
