Stuffed chicken breasts, with spinach and Feta!

How to enjoy chicken? I mean, we eat so much chicken, that I have to find different ways to enjoy the bird, and of course, it never disappoints! My recipe with Stuffed chicken breasts, with spinach and Feta, will impress you!

Such an easy way to have something so decadent!

For me the combination of spinach, dill, and Feta cheese is heaven send, that is how much I like it!

And I have a secret ingredient, that is not a secret anymore!

A few tbsp of creamy mushroom soup!

It enriches the recipe, and it gives it a creamy taste, delicious beyond words!

Stuffed Chicken breasts, with spinach and Feta!

4 chicken breasts

1 pack spinach, about 200-350 gr (fresh)

1/2 bunch dill

1 bunch fresh spring onions

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsp of creamy mushroom soup

4 pieces of Greek Feta cheese

Here is how

Add the oil to a pan and lightly sauté the onions and dill, for a few minutes.

Add the spinach and sauté with the rest of the ingredients until almost all the juices are gone.

Now add the mushroom soup and mix very well!

Cook for a few more minutes, or until all liquids are gone, and you have a creamy sauce!

Season with salt and pepper. Easy on the salt. Because you will add the Feta!

Try and see how tasty this mixture is!

Remove from the heat.

Slice open your chicken breasts, rub them with a few drops of olive oil, and season them with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder!

Stuff them with the spinach mixture and add the Feta!

Place the chicken breasts in a pan and bake for 25-30 min. at 350
