Tortellini, for the love of Pasta! And the many ways to enjoy this amazing invention!
I love pasta! And I have a thankful heart, every time I make it, for the people that invented pasta, and the ones that took it and made it so special!
For the longest time, we thought it was the Chinese, and then the Italians, that were the inventors! That is a Myth!
It’s very hard to believe, but in a sense, I thank my ancestors for being the inventors of Pasta! Imagine, merchants traveling the world, took it to China and the Italians took it from the Chinese! The Italians are the ones that made Pasta delicious, with the cheese and different sauces they use, and Voila, we all love pasta! But please, let’s give credit where credit is due!
Chinese noodles not the inspiration for pasta, historians say, its roots are in ancient Greece – and they have the texts to prove it!
