Dill is the herb of my choice for this recipe!

OH, life is good, when you can have something so delicious with no effort!

Go ahead and make this recipe; you will love it with some sweet bread and a glass of wine!

½ cup olive oil

4 Potatoes diced

1 large onion diced

½ bunch dill

1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed

1 bunch fresh spinach

Salt pepper and a touch of garlic powder

1 cup prepared tomato sauce

1 cup of water

Here is how, to make Potatoes, chickpeas, and spinach!

In a pan, add the oil and onion and sauté for a few minutes, add the potatoes and continue cooking a little more stirring the potatoes, so they don’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

Add the water and the tomato sauce, salt pepper, and garlic salt!

Cook potatoes in medium heat for about 8-10 minutes,
