Fish is good for us, really all the Omegas they possess make fish a valuable ally for our good health!

People have not been exposed to fish, therefore are not informed about the benefits of good fish!

Many don’t even know how to start eating a whole fish, they are also afraid of the bones!

It requires skill to eat fish, and of course, someone to teach you how to proceed, so you can have an enjoyable experience, and not to chock!

Also, you have to remember, that small manageable bites are a must, just in case there is a small runaway little bone! You have to catch it on time! Small bites with whole fish!

Because of these issues, people prefer boneless fillets of fish, so the fish industry is aiming to please all the ones that don’t like to play with fish! As for me, I come from a long line of fish lovers, we start eating fish with knife and fork, and we end up eating with our hands because that is where the satisfaction and pleasure is!

Here is my wonderful recipe for Sea Bream on a colorful bed of vegetables!

Here is how

Drizzle the fish with a little olive oil

Season the fish, with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder

Set the fish aside

Prepare all the vegetables,

In a pan add the olive oil, and add the vegetables all together

Sauté the vegetables for five minutes and deglaze the vegetables with the apple cider vinegar

Add the vegetables into a shallow pan, and place the fish on top of the vegetables

Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle some dill

In the pan, you have the liquid of the vegetables, cook it down a bit, and then pour it on top of the fish!
