Bread making-easy recipes have become the in thing to do in the last 8 months!

The year 2020 will be remembered for many unpleasant things, but also some pleasant ones! Bread making is of a pleasant kind!

It really has made a difference in some households that take nutrition seriously! Therefore more people spend quality time in the kitchen, cooking, and baking!

Making homemade bread has become fashionable! With so much time in our hands, why not! And in our household, my husband was given the privilege to provide the daily bread! Hilarious at first, but you never give up, practice makes perfect, and we have perfection, Ladies and Gentleman!

Celebrities left, and right are popping up with cooking segments, even Oprah is cooking, and social media, something that they would never use before Covid-19, is becoming their favorite outlet now, and it makes me wonder! Why, cooking is not your element! Why, is it because you don’t want to be forgotten? And you will do anything to be in the public eye? I guess that is the reason!

Wow, talk about humble!

Bread making a fashionable thing to do in the year of the Covid-19, 2020!

Here is my humble recipe for bread making!

1 cup lukewarm water

2 tbsp dry yeast

1 egg

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

4 tbsp olive oil

3 1/2 -4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

Sesame seeds

Here is how!

In a large bowl, add the water, yeast, sugar, salt, and mix well.

Let it stand until you see the activity of the yeast, about 10 minutes!

Add the egg and oil.

Slowly incorporate the flour, and kneed very well.

Form into a ball, cover, and place in a warm spot in the kitchen for about 1 hour.

Knead again, and form into 2 loaves, place them in a pan covered with parchment paper!

Cover them with a kitchen towel and let them rest for 1 hour!

If you like to use sesame, apply some olive oil with a brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds!

Preheat your oven to 350 and bake for 30-40 minutes!

2 Beautiful loaves of delicious bread! Bread making is so easy!
