Meatballs with pork and shrimp, super delicious and super easy,excerpt from the book Boukia- Boukia by Litsa Bolontzakis!
Such a delicious little meatball! So easy to make and people love them!
- Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound small shrimp cut in very small pieces
- ½ cup celery finely chopped
- 4 fresh onions finely shopped
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp soya
- ½ tsp dark sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a ball we mix all the ingredients together and we let the mixture rest for 30 min.
We make our meatballs and place them in well oiled pan.
We bake them in a preheated oven at 350 for about 20-25 minutes or until nice and golden.
Serve with peanut butter sauce.
