Here is another pasta recipe that comes to my rescue very often, so easy and so tasty…Delicious creamy pasta with shrimp!So good!

Creamy pasta with shrimp-Litsa!

For lazy nights dinner doesn’t have to be boring, it can be fun just make sure when you go shopping to get ingredients especially for this particular reason! Because it will happen and you will be nice and ready.

 Have some shrimp in the freezer, they take a few minutes to defrost, and have some cream available, I use 15%.

Because it will happen and you will be nice and ready.It feels so good to be able to make a nice meal with no effort! Just because you thought ahead of time and you were ready!

  • Ingredients
  • Shrimp about 20
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Garlic as much as you like
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 ½ cups cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese ( I like a sharp cheese)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a heavy pan put the oil and butter, when it starts to sizzle add the shrimp and sauté for a few minutes or until the shrimp change color to that delicious pink.

Add the wine and cook 2 more minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and cook a little more, remove from the heat, add your cooked pasta and you are ready to impress yourself and your family.
