 A walk in the Past...
"...I was born in Greece but grew up in Canada! My dream was to be able to share the treasures of Mediterranean cooking with the rest of the world and especially my home, Canada.
My great love for healthy good food gave me the motivation to publish my family's recipes in a wonderfully illustrated coffee table book, Take the taste of Greece with you. My inspiration was my grandmother, my mother and all the amazing women in my family, strong decent women full of love and good works.
My second book, Boukia Boukia (mouthful), is a beautifully illustrated book about finger food written in Greek and contains easy-to-execute recipes.
Both books are little treasurers in this very busy world made especially for the active person in mind; the recipes are Easy, Affordable and Delicious".
