Green salad

1 lettuce
1 small bunch of green onions [4-5]
6-7 sprigs of fresh dill
Olive oil apple cider vinegar salt and pepper for the dressing



Kalamata olives

Dressing Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and a dash of sugar.

Kalamata olives for decoration.

This is a simle salad,what makes it delicious is the finely choped dill and the olive oil,apple cider vinegar dressing.

In a bowl add the olive oil,apple cider vinegar,salt, pepper and a dash of ugar,whisk with a fork and pour over salad!

Ratio for salad dressing 3 oil 1 vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar is mild so 2-1 is just fine
