Green Peas and Italian sausage
A complete meal or a side

¼ cup olive oil
1 small bunch green onions finely chopped
1 large onion sliced
1 small bunch dill finely chopped
2 Italian sausages cut in pieces
3 potatoes’s cut in four
1 carrot cut in roundels
3 cups frozen green peas
1 cup prepared tomato sauce
Salt, pepper and 1 tsp sugar
Water for cooking

In a cooking pot add the oil and sausage, sauté for a few minutes
Add the vegetables and continue the process another 5 minutes on low heat.
Pour tomato sauce and water to cover.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Cook for 25-30 minutes on medium heat.
