Cauliflower salad

Cauliflower is a beautiful vegetable to look at, but so intimidating when it comes to taste, it’s kind of difficult to like the taste of it and more difficult to find ways to cook it. At this point, we surrender and we go the easy way, steam it and have it with a little butter…..Boring…..

Here is a really nice way to enjoy Cauliflower, as a refreshing salad, so good it’s unbelievable……

You will need

1 nice Cauliflower

6 hard boiled eggs

1 red onion thinly sliced

3 celery stalks thinly sliced

Capers a generous amount

 

For the dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

½ cup Greek yogurt natural flavor

3 tbsp mustard

¼ cup milk

Salt and pepper

 

Here is how to make the salad

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and steam for a few minutes.

Place them on a platter and let cool.

Cut the eggs and add to the cauliflower, add the rest of the ingredients.

Make the dressing by adding all the elements in a jar shake very well and add to the salad.

Mix your salad well and let it rest for a while before using.
