Beef Burgers with Feta

2 pounds Beef minced (medium)
1 onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tomato finely chopped (run tomato under hot water to remove skin)
˝ cup bread crumbs
1 cup feta crumbs
Salt, pepper and dry oregano
2 tbsp olive oil

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until combined.
Shape into 10 large burgers and place in the fridge for a little while to let them set and for the flavors to come together and create their magic.
Oil the rack and cook 4 min. on each side turning once, or according to your liking. (Medium heat)
These burgers or Biftekia as we call them in Greek need nothing else to make them delicious.
They are very juicy and very flavorful no need to dress them up to make them eatable.
A touch of lemon and you are set.
What an easy and delicious meal.
Good weather is upon us so take advantage…start the BBQ!
